System of Combat (S.O.C.)
will enable you to defend yourself using your own natural body
movements. There are no stances, no techniques, no katas. Using S.OC.
you will learn how to use instinctive reactions and movements to
defend yourself against attacks and respond appropriately to them.
System of Combat martial art
is simple yet, at the same time, sophisticated in the application of
biomechanical principles to evade attacks and counter with
devastating speed and power.
S.O.C is, in large part
based on the study of native Russian martial arts (Systema) and uses the
scientific principles of breathing, movement, and spine alignment to
develop what essentially becomes each individual's own martial art.
The system incorporates concepts from other martial art disciplines
such as Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), Silat, Boxing, Mixed Martial
Arts (MMA), and Karate.
Learning the principles of
S.O.C. will give you the knowledge and skills to survive any form of
aggression be it a punch, kick, takedown, weapon, or even multiple
The video below will give
you an idea of some of the extremely heavy and powerful strikes used
in the system as well as some of the movements designed to absorb,
deflect, and avoid attacks of all kinds
S.O.C. is made for fast
learning. No martial arts experience necessary.
